The applicant should be a registered transport vehicle driver or conductor.
The applicant should hold a valid commercial driving or conductor license issued in Madhya Pradesh.
The applicant’s name should be registered on the Samagra Portal.
> **Maternity-Specific Eligibility:**
The applicant should be a registered female driver or conductor or the wife of a registered male driver or conductor.
The applicant should be applying for maternity assistance for not more than 2 deliveries.
The applicant should comply with the norms prescribed under the Janani Suraksha Yojana for delivery-related benefits.

Benefits
Financial assistance equivalent to 45 days of wages at the Collector Rate is provided to the registered woman driver or conductor.
In case the registered beneficiary is male, financial assistance equivalent to 45 days of wages at the Collector Rate is provided to his wife.
An additional amount equivalent to 15 days of wages at the Collector Rate is provided as paternity leave compensation to the father of the child.
A cash assistance of ₹1,000 is provided towards delivery-related expenses under the Janani Suraksha Yojana.
