Description
The “Bal Shakti Yojana” was launched by the Department of Public Health and Medical Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh. It aims to reduce child mortality caused by severe malnutrition among children below 5 years of age. The scheme provides free medical care, nutrition rehabilitation, diet, and transport through 315 Nutrition Rehabilitation Centres NRCs across the state.

Eligibility Criteria

5. - Weight-for-height Z-score less than -3 SD (standard deviation).
