The 'Dr. Muthulakshmi Reddy Ninaivu Inter-caste Marriage Assistance Scheme' was launched by the Social Welfare and Women Empowerment Department, Government of Tamil Nadu. 5. The bride should have a degree passed from regular colleges, distance education/government-recognized open university.
