Minimum Package of Services: A minimum package of investigations and medicines such as Iron Folic Acid and calcium supplements provided to all pregnant women attending Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Abhiyan clinics.

High Risk Pregnancy Identification: Identification and follow-up of high risk pregnancies with red stickers added to Mother and Child Protection cards.

Fixed Day Service: Services provided on the 9th of every month at designated facilities.

Single Window System: Using principles of single window system for providing investigations and medicines.

Offline Required medical investigations, tests, and screening procedures will be conducted as per the standardized protocol for 2nd and 3rd trimester pregnant women under the single window system.

Offline The beneficiary will receive prescribed medicines including Iron Folic Acid tablets, calcium supplements, and other necessary medications free of cost from the facility pharmacy.

Step 7: Risk Assessment and Follow-up

Offline Healthcare providers will assess pregnancy risk factors and if identified as high-risk, a red sticker will be placed on the Mother and Child Protection card with necessary follow-up instructions.
