The scheme “Pension Scheme for Cancer Patients" was launched by the Directorate of Social Welfare and Social Education, Government of Tripura. The scheme aims to provide a monthly pension of ₹2,000/- to the person suffering from cancer.

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant should be a resident of Tripura.

The income of the applicant should not exceed ₹1,50,000/- per annum.

No member of the family (father, mother, son(s), or unmarried daughter(s)) of the applicant should be in government service.

The applicant should be suffering from cancer.
