Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a resident of Madhya Pradesh.
- The applicant must be a member of an Economically Weaker Family or a Below Poverty Line (BPL) family.
- The applicant must ensure their name is recorded in the family roster and they hold a ration card.
- The intended beneficiary (child) must be aged 0 to 15 years.
- The intended beneficiary (child) must be suffering from one of the identified heart diseases.

Financial assistance ranging from ₹25,000/- to ₹1,00,000/- per case for treatment.
Provision of free treatment/surgery for 07 identified heart diseases in children.
The sanctioned amount is transferred to the account of the concerned medical institution via Cheque or E-Payment (e-transfer).
The benefit delivery period is stipulated as 20 working days.
Conditions
Treatment must be confined to the approved package amount.
Hospitals must not demand any additional fee from the patient for treatment beyond the sanctioned amount.
The beneficiary or hospital must submit a detailed expenditure report/utilization certificate for the funds spent on the patient's treatment.
A duplicate or photocopy of the discharge ticket issued after the patient's recovery must be provided.
