1. The beneficiary must be a resident of Odisha.
2. The beneficiary must be a child aged between 6 months and 3 years.
3. The child must be identified as Severely Underweight (SUW) or Moderately Acute Malnourished (MAM) by the Anganwadi Worker or ICDS functionary.
