The Beneficiary's Death or Injury Assistance Scheme, established by the Labor department of Rajasthan State, is a compassionate government program designed to offer a helping hand to families of beneficiaries who have experienced the loss of a loved one or the sudden hardship of an injury, regardless of whether the cause was natural or accidental. Recognizing the significant emotional and financial strain that such events can inflict, this initiative aims to provide a measure of financial security during these difficult times, allowing families to focus on healing and rebuilding their lives.

Exclusions
• Death due to suicide or consumption of drugs or substances or
• In case of death or injury due to fighting with each other in violation of the law for committing a crime.

Benefits
• In case of death due to accident : ₹5,00,000/-
• In case of permanent total disability due to accident : ₹3,00,000/-
• In case of partial permanent disability due to accident : ₹1,00,000/-
• In case of serious injury in an accident : Up to ₹20,000/-
• In case of minor injuries in an accident : Up to ₹5,000/-
• In case of normal death of a construction worker : ₹75,000/-

Eligibility Criteria
1. Construction workers must be between 18 to 60 years of age.
2. Construction workers must be registered with the labor board.
3. Construction worker must be depositing their contributions regularly.
