Scheme Overview
The scheme aims to support the socio-economic development of transgender individuals by providing financial assistance, skill training, and employment opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
The applicant should be a resident of Rajasthan.
The applicant should be a transgender person.
The gross annual income of applicant should not exceed ₹8,00,000/-.
A maximum of two training courses can be availed under this scheme.
**Note 1:** The applicant must meet the minimum age and educational qualification criteria set by the respective training institution.
**Note 2:** The State Government will reimburse the prescribed fees and other expenses to the training providing institute for the concerned programme.
**Note 3:** The fees will be made available directly to the concerned training institute after the transgender person is admitted to the respective programme.
Benefits
Skill Development:
Financial Assistance:
After receiving skill development training, each trainee will be given a lump sum amount of ₹5,000/- per month for one course (for maximum three months and for two courses).
Transgender persons can avail maximum 2 training programmes only.
Training Fee Coverage:
The state government reimburses the training fee directly to the training institutions.
Employment Support and Certificate:
Upon completion of training, the beneficiary will receive a certificate and employment assistance.
