Scheme Overview
The "Short Term Professional Training Courses" is provided to train the youth of the Scheduled Tribe Community in order to start their own business, and to acquire skills by joining the various training courses for the purpose of self-employment or for their livelihood.
Eligibility Criteria
The applicant should belong to the Scheduled Tribe Community of Goa.
The applicant shall be above 18 years of age and below the age of 50 years.

Financial assistance will be given to complete any one course with a maximum limit of ₹ 5,000/-.
50% of the actual fees with a limit of ₹ 2,500/- shall be released as an advance to take admission in the particular course.
50% balance amount will be released after the completion of the course on the production of the completion certificate.
