"Mumkin - Livelihood Generation Scheme" is an initiative launched by the Jammu & Kashmir State specifically aimed at empowering its young population. By providing subsidies and facilitating bank loans, Mumkin removes a significant financial barrier for aspiring young entrepreneurs, allowing them to invest in small commercial vehicles and establish themselves within the transportation sector. • Up to ₹80,000 subsidy (or 10% of on-road price, whichever is lower) per beneficiary from Mission Youth.
• Matching subsidy from the vehicle manufacturer (equal to Mission Youth's contribution).

Eligibility Criteria
1. Applicant must be domicile of Jammu and Kashmir.
2. The age of the applicant should be between 18 to 35 years.
3. Applicant must be unemployed.
4. Applicant must have commercial driving license
5. - In case, renting a vehicle to someone else : Affidavit required to be submit with his/her commercial driving license
6. Applicant must not be received any financial assistance or subsidy from government organization for self employment.
7. Applicant can get the scheme benefit only at once.
