The scheme “ECCE Early Childhood Care and Education ” is an initiative under the Samagra Shiksha Programme, implemented by the Secondary Education Department, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to provide quality early childhood development, care, and pre-primary education to children between the ages of 3 to 6 years.
