Step 3: Institutional Verification
Online The concerned institution's designated verifier (Registrar, Principal, or Vice Chancellor) will access the Visit the official portal of the Directorate of Investment and Development of Skills (DIDS). Institution will verify applicant information including name, proof of identity, contact details, institution details, enrollment number, proof of PhD admission, and self-declaration compliance. Institution will mark verification status as either Accept (verified and eligible) or Reject (ineligible or non-compliant) with specific remarks. Institution will forward verified applications to Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training within 7 working days.
Step 4: Scrutiny by Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training
Online Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training will conduct scrutiny of verified applications. Bulk forwarding of eligible applications for final processing.
Step 5: Preparation of Final Beneficiary List
Online Final list of eligible beneficiaries will be prepared after complete scrutiny.
Step 6: Direct Benefit Transfer Disbursement
