Under this scheme, free household electricity connections are given to the BPL /Lower income group households across the state.

The “Zupda Vijlikaran Yojana” was launched by the Energy and Petro Chemicals Department, Government of Gujarat. The scheme aims to provide access to electricity for Below Poverty Line BPL and low-income families across the state. Under this scheme, free household electricity connections are provided to eligible families.

1. The applicant should be a resident of Gujarat.

Step 1: Step 1: The interested applicant should visit (during office hours) the Subdivisional Office and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the staff exclusively entrusted to issue and collect filled-in applications.
