1. There is no eligibility criterion for providing connection/drinking water to rural drinking water consumers in Uttarakhand.

• Two passport-size photographs
• Self-attested copy of any one of the following identity documents (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Ration Card with photograph, Driving Licence, Bank Passbook with photograph, Passport or any other Identity document issued by any Government/Semi-Government office
• Self-attested copy of the map approved by Regional Development Authority, Local Body, or Gram Sabha
• Other supporting documents as required
