Eligibility Criteria
The applicant should be a student.
The student should be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
The student should belong to the Backward Classes or Minorities community.
Students from Class 6 to 10 are eligible for the benefits under this scheme.
The parents or guardians should not be income taxpayers or own more than 10 acres of land.
**Note:** There should not have been any increase in the income of the parents or guardians in the past year.
Benefits
Under this scheme, scholarships are provided to Backward Classes students at the following rates:
**Class 6 to 8:** ₹200/- per year (for boys) and ₹300/- per year (for girls) - **Class 9 to 10:** ₹300/- per year (for boys) and ₹400/- per year (for girls)
**Note:** The scholarship will be transferred directly into the student's bank account.
