The "State Government Backward Class Scholarship Class 6 to 10 " scheme, implemented by the School Education Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, aims to ensure the continuity of education for students from the Backward Classes section of society. This scheme provides scholarships to Backward Classes students studying in Classes 6 to 10. To be eligible, students should be domicile of Madhya Pradesh, and their parents or guardians should not be income taxpayers or own not more than 10 acres of land.

Benefits
• Under this scheme, scholarships are provided to Backward Classes students at the following rates:
• **Class 6 to 8:** ₹200/- per year (for boys) and ₹300/- per year (for girls) - **Class 9 to 10:** ₹300/- per year (for boys) and ₹400/- per year (for girls)
• **Note:** The scholarship will be transferred directly into the student's bank account.
