How to Apply in Arunachal Pradesh

Step 1 – Empanelment: Interested agencies submit Application (Annexure-III) and Letter of Empanelment (Annexure-II) via email to [email protected]

Online Step 2 – Shortlisting: The Skill Development Committee (SDC) reviews applications and shortlists eligible agencies. Empanelment is communicated via an official Ministry order (OM). Step 3 – Proposal Submission: Empaneled agencies submit detailed proposals including training program overview, location, curriculum, batch size, target beneficiaries, trainee contributions, and funding requested. Step 4 – Proposal Review: SDC evaluates proposals for market-aligned, standardized curriculum. Certification from at least 5 industry partners is required for course development. Step 5 – Final Approval: The Empowered Programme Committee (EPC) chaired by Secretary, Textiles, gives final approval. Funds are released only to the primary implementing agency; subcontracting is not allowed.
