Launched in 2017, the scheme "Sindhu Darshan Scheme" by the Tourism Department, Government of Gujarat, aims to provide financial assistance to pilgrims from Gujarat undertaking the Sindhu Darshan Yatra in Leh-Ladakh, promoting cultural unity. The scheme provides a one-time financial assistance of ₹15,000/- to eligible pilgrims and supports a maximum of 300 pilgrims per financial year.
