The "Sikkim Grant of Scholarship to Students with Disabilities Scheme, 2014" was launched by the Social Justice, Empowerment and Welfare Department, Government of Sikkim. Eligibility Criteria
1. The student&#39;s age should be 5 years and above.
2. The student must be disabled, with disability percentage of 40% or above as certified by Medical Authorities as defined in section 2 (t) of the Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995.
3. The student must be a regular student at a recognized College, University, or School of a recognized Board.
4. The student should pass the examination in one attempt during a particular academic session, If fails the examination during an academic session are not eligible for the scholarship for the same class in the next academic year.
