Scheme Overview
Rythu Bandhu Farmer Group Life Insurance Scheme for Farmers” is a life insurance scheme by the Government of Telangana that provides insurance coverage to the nominee of a farmer in case of the farmer’s death. It is free for farmers and is implemented through LIC.

Step 3: Land Record Verification

Step 4: Authentication
Offline — www.rythubandhu.telangana.gov.in Mandal Agriculture Officer (MAO) authenticates the data submitted.
Step 5: LIC ID Generation
Offline — www.rythubandhu.telangana.gov.in LIC generates a unique insurance ID for the farmer. SMS with LIC ID is sent to the farmer’s registered mobile number
Step 1: Intimation of Death
Offline — www.rythubandhu.telangana.gov.in Nominee informs the District Nodal Officer through the Rythu Bima portal.
Step 2: Document Upload
Offline — www.rythubandhu.telangana.gov.in Nominee must upload scanned copies of the following: Death Certificate Identity Proof of the deceased farmer Nominee’s ID Proof Pattadar Passbook copy Bank details of the nominee Other supporting documents, if required
Step 3: Online Verification

Step 4: Settlement
