The firm or company must be registered in Meghalaya, such as Pvt. Ltd., LLP, or Sole Proprietorship, and must operate as a “for-profit” organization.
The organization must provide an Incorporation Certificate or registration certificate, whichever is applicable.
The entity must ensure that at least two members possess a training certificate in the relevant sector from a recognized institution, preferably a government institute.
The entity must possess land, either self-owned or on lease, verified by the competent authority.
The entrepreneur must not be a credit defaulter with any bank.
