The "Grant for Purchase of Tools" scheme is implemented by the Bihar Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board BBOCWWB , Labour Resources Department, Government of Bihar. Under this scheme, registered construction workers who have completed skill upgradation training are provided financial assistance of upto ₹15,000/- for purchasing trade-related tools.
