Scheme Overview
The scheme “Cash Award” was started by the Department of Labour and Employment, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh for the registered workers of Arunachal Pradesh Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (APB&OCWWB).
Eligibility Criteria
The worker should be a permanent resident of Arunachal Pradesh.
The worker must be employed in the Building and Other Construction works.
The worker should be registered with Labour Welfare Board (APB&OCWWB).
The worker’s membership must be active.
Children for whom the award is applied must have passed the class X and XII Board or equivalent examinations.
Children (one son and one daughter) of the registered worker with a membership, who secure the highest marks in their District in Metric examination.
