Description
The "Motor Driving Training Light & Heavy Vehicles " is a sub-scheme of the Tribals Development Plan, launched by the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Goa. The scheme aims to contribute to the economic upliftment of the tribes by recognizing the potential of the transport field in Goa, thereby creating opportunities for self-employment and employment generation. The scheme provides assistance by ensuring that the cost of the entire training program, covering both Light Motor Vehicles LMV and Heavy Motor Vehicles HMV , is fully borne by the Government.

• For Heavy Motor Vehicle training, the proposed financial outlay per beneficiary is ₹4,000/- (Indian Rupees four thousand).
• The assistance is provided for training in both Light Motor Vehicles (LMV) and Heavy Motor Vehicles (HMV).
