The Scheme for Fellowship to Under Graduate Students for Various Faculties of Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University

Under this scheme, Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University provides a monthly fellowship of ₹3,000/- to each selected undergraduate student who qualifies based on academic merit. <br> <br>

Any undergraduate student enrolled in a faculty of the university who has secured at least 60% marks in their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination in the Science stream and is among the top 10% meritorious students of their class is eligible to apply. <br> <br>

In the first year of undergraduate study, the fellowship is awarded solely based on the merit of the applicant’s marks obtained in the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) or an equivalent examination. <br> <br>

In subsequent academic years, the fellowship is granted to students who have achieved the highest Grade Point Average (GPA) or Cumulative Credit Point Average (C.C.P.A.) in their class in the previous year. <br> <br>

The awardees under this scheme will have to forego other regular Fellowships/ Scholarships. <br> <br>

The university awards the fellowship to approximately 10% of the total student strength in each class and faculty, ensuring that only the most meritorious students benefit from the scheme. <br> <br>

The fellowship is officially announced every year by the 30th of November through a notification issued by the Registrar of the university. <br> <br>

Students who wish to apply for the fellowship must submit their completed application in the prescribed format to the office of the Registrar no later than the 31st of December of the same academic year. <br> <br>

The fellowship will be discontinued if the student receives less than a 6.0 GPA or earns an “F” (fail) or “I” (incomplete) grade, drops out of the course, or is found guilty of violating the university’s disciplinary rules or examination regulations. <br> <br>

The fellowship amount is credited directly to the selected student’s Aadhaar-linked bank account through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system by the Principal of the respective college, based on the student&#39;s academic progress. <br> <br>

In addition to financial support, students awarded the fellowship may also be eligible for concessions such as free Railway or Bus travel and possible fee waivers, subject to availability and university provisions. <br> <br>

If a student discontinues their studies or leaves the course incomplete for any reason, the fellowship will be ceased immediately, and the student may be required to forgo any further benefits under the scheme.
