Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must be a student of a recognized Sanskrit school under the Uttarakhand Sanskrit Shiksha Parishad.
The applicant must have secured a place in the top 10 in the class 10th merit list or in the top 3 in the class 12th merit list from the Board Examination of Sanskrit School. 1. The applicant must be currently studying in class 11th or 12th after clearing class 10th.

Benefits
Meritorious students of Prathmik Madhyama (Class 10) are awarded a scholarship of ₹500 per month for 20 months.
Three meritorious students of Uttar Madhyama (Class 12) are awarded cash prizes:
First Position: ₹20,000/-
Second Position: ₹15,000/-
Third Position: ₹10,000/-
