The "Scheme of Financial Assistance to New Writers of Gujarati Language and Literature for Publishing Original Works of Creative and Fine Literature" has been designed to encourage first-time authors who lack financial means to publish original and high-quality creative works in the Gujarati language. Administered by the Gujarat Sahitya Academy, the scheme provides grants to cover partial printing costs for eligible manuscripts.
