The scheme “Scheme for Reimbursement of Educational Expenses to Hearing Impaired Students Pursuing Special Higher Education Courses Inside or Outside the Union Territory of Puducherry” by the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Puducherry was introduced to provide financial assistance to Hearing Impaired and Visually Impaired students for pursuing their special higher studies.
