Under rule 282 Other Welfare Measures of the Tripura State Building and Other Construction Workers RE & CS Rules 2001, the scheme for funeral Assistance in case of the death of registered construction workers is made.

• A one-time grant of ₹10,000/- is provided for the expenses of the funeral ceremony.
• NOTE: The amount of benefit payable by the BOARD shall be paid through DBT mode.
Eligibility Criteria
1. The applicant should be a nominee, spouse, or dependent of the deceased registered worker.
2. The registered construction workers should not have any dues payable to the Board.
