Quality Improvement Programme (QIP)

Scholars are entitled to 15 days of casual leave and a maximum of one month (30 days) of medical leave in an academic year.

Pre-Ph.D. expenses include a one-time lump sum amount, travel allowance (TA) of [?]15,000, daily allowance (DA) of [?]30,000 for a Pre-Ph.D. duration of 60 days (excluding TA & DA if the parent institute and admitting institute are the same).

If a candidate is selected by more than one QIP Institute, they must lock their preference within the provided timeline, as specified in the email they receive. This locking process is crucial to determine the final institute where the candidate will pursue the program.

The selected candidates will be informed through email or by checking the QIP portal. They will receive an admission offer letter from the concerned QIP Institute. The communication process is primarily electronic.
