The scheme "Purchase of Vehicle for Commercial Hiring Purpose for Persons with Disabilities" is implemented by the Haryana Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam, Government of Haryana. Under the scheme, loans are provided to differently-abled persons for commercial hiring purposes up to ₹10.00 lakhs, and for the purchase of special category vehicles like JCBs, trucks, road rollers, etc., loans up to ₹25.00 lakhs are available. Permanent residents of Haryana with a disability of 40% or more are eligible to avail the benefits under this scheme.

Benefits
• Under this scheme, loans are provided to differently abled persons for commercial hiring up to ₹10,000,00/- and for purchasing special category vehicles such as JCB, Trucks, Road rollers, etc., with loans up to ₹25,000,00/-.

Eligibility Criteria
1. The applicant should be a permanent resident of Haryana.
2. The applicant should have a disability of at least 40%.
3. The age of the applicant should be above 18 years. For persons with mental retardation, the age is relaxed to 14 years instead of the usual 18 years.
4. License is applicable as per the policy of the National Corporation.
