Benefits
The scheme provides assistance for the establishment of a Medium Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) with 6 tanks of a minimum 30m3/tank capacity (10t/crop).
The unit cost for this component is ₹25,00,000/- per unit.
General Category: 40% of the unit cost or 40% of the actual cost, whichever is less, is paid as subsidy.
Female/Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST) Category: 60% of the unit cost or 40% of the actual cost, whichever is less, is paid as subsidy.
