Eligibility Criteria
The applicant should be a native of Gujarat state.
The applicant should have a fishing boat registered under Real Craft software.
The applicant should hold a fishing license.
The applicant should complete the online registration on the [iKhedut Portal](https://ikhedut.gujarat.gov.in/site/).1. The applicant should obtain in-principle approval before purchase of the floor plan.
The applicant should have his/her own bank account.
> **Preference/Reservation/Relaxation:**
- Women, SC, and ST beneficiaries are eligible for 60% assistance of the unit cost.
- General category beneficiaries are eligible for 40% assistance of the unit cost.

Benefits
Construction of Ice Plant/Storage (minimum 10 tonne capacity):
Unit cost is ₹40,00,000/- lakhs. The amount of assistance will be available at the rate of 40% of the unit cost for the beneficiary of the general category and 60% of the unit cost for the beneficiary of the women and ST/SC category.
The benefit will be available as per the target (category) allocated by the Government of India.
