The scheme covers Divyangjan aged between 18 and 59 years who have a disability of 80% or above and are domiciles of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu. Additionally, the annual family income should not exceed ₹1.5 lakh per annum, and the applicant should not be availing financial assistance under any other Divyang pension schemes.
