Eligibility Criteria
1. The applicant should be a retired journalist.
2. The age of the applicant should be 58 years or above.

4. 10 years of journalism experience is sufficient if the applicant is terminally ill or physically disabled.

7. In any year when the applicant was employed, their income should not exceed ₹50,000/-.
