Description
The scheme “Organisation of Cultural Programs” was introduced by the Department of Culture and Endowments, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to cultural groups and artists registered with the Department of Culture for performing in cultural programs organized during traditional fairs, festivals, regional celebrations within and outside the state, as well as on the occasion of national festivals.

• Category A: ₹7,500/- as honorarium.
• Category B: ₹4,250/- as honorarium.
• Travelling allowance: ₹300/- along with ordinary bus fare or second-class rail fare for the journey.

Eligibility Criteria
1. - The applicant must be a cultural group or an artist registered with the Department of Culture, Uttarakhand.
2. 

Required Documents
• Registration certificate of the organization
• Copy of the organization’s bylaws
• Details and total number of artists in the group
• Certificate of being a native or permanent resident of Uttarakhand (for the artists)
