Description
The scheme “One-Time Grant to Soldiers Conferred with the Vishisht Seva Medal Award” is implemented by the State Sainik Board under the Sainik Welfare Department, Government of Uttarakhand. Under this scheme, a one-time financial assistance/grant is provided to serving soldiers and ex-servicemen of the state who have been conferred with the & 39;Vishisht Seva Medal Award& 39;.

Eligibility Criteria
1. The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand.
2. The applicant must be a serving soldier or an ex-serviceman of the state who has been conferred with the &amp;#39;Vishisht Seva Medal Award&amp;#39;.

• Aadhaar Card of the applicant
• PAN Card
• Photocopy of bank passbook and cancelled cheque
• Identity card of the dependent (if the applicant is a dependent)
• Domicile certificate of Uttarakhand
• Affidavit (on ₹10 stamp paper) declaring that the applicant has not received, and will not receive in the future, the one-time grant/annuity payable on the gallantry medal from any other state
• Photocopy of discharge book (if the applicant is an ex-serviceman)
• A copy of the Gazette Notification regarding conferment of 'Vishisht Seva Medal Award'
