**Lifetime Achievement Award:** The applicant/nominee should have at least 20 years of experience, be minimum 50 years of age, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering/Materials Science or equivalent.1. **National Metallurgist Award:** The applicant/nominee should have at least 15 years of experience, be minimum 40 years of age, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering/Materials Science or equivalent.1. **Young Metallurgist (Environment Science):** The applicant/nominee should have at least 5 years of experience, be maximum 35 years of age, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering/Materials Science or equivalent.1. **Young Metallurgist (Metal Science):** The applicant/nominee should have at least 5 years of experience, be maximum 35 years of age, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering/Materials Science or equivalent.1. **Award for R&D in Iron & Steel Sector:** The applicant/nominee should have at least 10 years of experience, be minimum 35 years of age, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering/Materials Science or equivalent.
