The scheme “Mukhyamantri Alpasankhyak Medhavi Balika Protsahan Yojana” was launched by the Minority Welfare Department, Government of Uttarakhand. Benefits
• The following incentives are given to meritorious girl students of minority community:
• High School / Munshi / Maulvi:
• ₹10,000/- for securing 60% or above marks
• ₹15,000/- for securing 70% or above marks
• ₹20,000/- for securing 80% or above marks
• Intermediate / Alim:
• ₹15,000/- for securing 60% or above marks
• ₹20,000/- for securing 70% or above marks
• ₹25,000/- for securing 80% or above marks
Eligibility Criteria
1. The applicant must belong to a minority community in Uttarakhand.
2. The applicant must be a girl student.
3. The girl student must have secured 60% or more marks as an institutional candidate in the High School Examination of the Uttarakhand Secondary Education Board / Madrasa Board or its equivalent (Munshi/Maulvi), or in the Intermediate Examination or its equivalent (Alim).
4. The applicant’s mother/father/guardian should belong to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category, or their annual family income from all sources should not exceed:

8. The age of the girl student should not be more than 20 years.
