The objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to school and college students in the form of scholarships of upto ₹2,400/- per month to students from IRDP/BPL Families bonafide in Himachal Pradesh, and pursuing their study in Govt / Govt Aided Institutions in Himachal Pradesh.

- The applicant should be a bonafide of Himachal Pradesh.
- The applicant should be a Student.
- The applicant should belong to an Integrated Rural Development Program (IRDP) Family.
- The applicant should be studying at the 9th to University Level.
- The applicant should be pursuing their study in Government / Government Aided Institutions in Himachal Pradesh.
- The applicant should have a Bank Account.
