The Department launched the "Magnifiers by Welfare of Differently Abled Persons Department" scheme for differently abled persons. Under this scheme, magnifiers are distributed to needy students with low vision to enable them to read books. The applications are accepted offline in the prescribed form available at the District Differently Abled Welfare Office.
