The primary objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance for marriageable daughters of beneficiary registered labourers and registered women construction labourers working in the building and other construction processes and to encourage legal arrangements.

Details The primary objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance for marriageable daughters of beneficiary registered labourers and registered women construction labourers working in the building and other construction processes and to encourage legal arrangements like adult marriage to prevent illegal practices to control. All those registered construction workers will be eligible under this scheme, who are the latest duly registered members of the board, as well as the daughter of such registered construction worker or the registered female worker herself should not be less than the age as decided by the government from time to time. Under this scheme, such updated registered construction workers who have completed at least 01 years 365 days board membership period after registration can apply for the benefit. Within one year of the completion of the marriage, an application will have to be made from the website of the Public Service Center / Board along with all necessary records, but in case of mass marriage, the application can be made 15 days before the date fixed for the marriage. It will be mandatory to attach the required documents with the application form.

3. Provision has been made for application within 1 year of marriage and 15 days before in case of mass marriage.
4. Aadhaar authentication of the daughter of the beneficiary labor has been made mandatory.
5. The benefit is limited subject to the limit of 2 children.
6. The benefit of the scheme will be admissible after the daughter and the proposed bridegroom complete the prescribed age of 18 years and 21 years respectively.

Within one year of the completion of the marriage, an application will have to be made from the website of Public Service Center / Board along with all necessary records, but in case of mass marriage, the application can be made 15 days before the date fixed for the marriage.
For all those registered construction workers who will be eligible under this scheme, who are the latest duly registered members of the board, as well as the age of the daughter of such registered construction worker or the registered female worker herself should not be less than the age prescribed by the government from time to time. Such updated registered construction workers who have completed at least one year (365 days) membership of the board after registration will be able to apply for benefits under this scheme.

• Self-attested copy of Birth Certificate / School Leaving Certificate / Family Register regarding the age of the concerned daughter and groom.
• The marriage card should be certified and verified by the local village head / Tehsildar / Councilor / Councilor.
• If the daughter is adopted, then the records related to her as certified.
• Family register / ration card of the beneficiary registered worker or its equivalent record.
• Self-attested copy of the Photograph of the bride and groom to be married, attested by the laborer.
• Employment / self-declaration certificate in the prescribed format for working in the building and other construction processes for at least 90 days in the last 12 months.
• It will be mandatory for the registered laborer to attach a self-declaration letter that he has not received benefits in any similar scheme run under the state or central government.
• A copy of the death certificate issued by the level will be required as an essential record. The amount of benefit payable in cases of remarriage will be equal to the amount payable in cases of group marriages.
• In the event of the registered labourer receiving benefits in a similar scheme operated under the State or Central Government, the benefit of the said scheme will not be payable.
