Eligibility Criteria
1. The migrant worker must be a resident of Jharkhand.
2. The worker must be between the ages of 18 and 65 years.
3. The death or injury must have occurred due to an accident while working outside the state.
4. The worker must be engaged in an unskilled or semi-skilled job.
5. The worker should belong to economically weaker sections (EWS).
