Description
Launched in 2006-07, the scheme "INDIRAMMA Old Age Pension Urban " by the Department of Rural Development, Government of Andhra Pradesh, aims to provide financial assistance to destitute elderly persons aged 65 years or above. To be eligible, they should be from a BPL family, be a resident of a district of Andhra Pradesh, and not be covered under any other Pension Scheme.
