1. The applicant should be a citizen of India.

5. The applicant's annual income should not exceed ₹75,000/- per annum.
6. The bridegroom should be a bachelor or a widower.
7. The Bride and the Bridegroom should be of legal marriage age, i.e. 18 years for the Bride and 21 years for the Bridegroom.
