4. - Moderate Mental Retardedness with an IQ level between 35-49.
5. - Severe Mental Retardedness with an IQ level between 20-34.
6. - Profound Mental Retardedness with an IQ level under 20.
7. - Unspecified Mental Retardedness with mental efficiency and sub-normality.
