The scheme "Education Loan Scheme for Backward Classes" by the Haryana Backwards Classes and Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam, Government of Haryana, aims to provide education loans to members of Backward Classes for pursuing professional and technical education at the graduate and higher levels. Through this scheme, education loans are provided to eligible Backward Classes students to help them pursue professional and technical courses. The scheme is implemented by the Haryana Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam.

4. The applicant should belong to Backward Classes.
5. The applicant should have obtained admission for any professional and technical courses approved by an appropriate agency, such as AICTE, Medical Council of India, UGC, etc., in a duly accredited/recognised institute.
6. The applicant should have a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam, i.e., the exam whose qualification is a prerequisite for the course.
