- Arunachal State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ArSRLM) promoted Self-Help Groups (SHGs), individuals, Farmers' Clubs, Registered Cooperative Societies, and Dairy Cooperative Societies (DCS) will be eligible.
- Individuals should belong to the Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) category and be unemployed.
Benefits
