The “Accidental Death Assistance Scheme” is implemented by the Gujarat Building and Other Construction Worker’s Welfare Board GBOCWWB , Labour, Skill Development & Employment Department, Government of Gujarat. Under this scheme, financial assistance shall be provided to the legal heirs of the deceased construction workers, registered or unregistered with the Board, in case of accidental death or permanent disability during ongoing work at the construction site.

• Under the scheme, financial assistance of ₹3,00,000/- shall be given to the legal heirs of the deceased construction workers.
